"V and Jennie's Paris Encounter: Photographer Reveals Surprising Details for Idol's Safety"

After a video purportedly showing BTS's V and BLACKPINK's Jennie on a date in Paris went viral, the photographer responsible for sharing the initial content has provided further details about the timeline, claiming that the timing was chosen for their safety.

On May 17, the two idols became the center of attention when photos and videos allegedly capturing them on a date in Paris started circulating online.

While V was already known to be in France for a CELINE schedule, Jennie was there for her upcoming appearance at the Cannes Film Festival.

Additional "proof" emerged when V was spotted wearing the same jacket as seen in the video, and sharp-eyed fans noticed that Jennie's staff members were wearing identical items in the footage.

Subsequently, the photographer responsible for capturing the shots took to social media to clarify the timeline and shed light on the circumstances surrounding the photos.

On Instagram, Amar Taoualit, the photographer, revealed in one of his initial posts that despite the videos gaining attention on May 17, they were actually taken on May 15.

He explained that he had not anticipated encountering the two idols and that the low quality of the footage was due to using his phone.

The photographer then disclosed the source of a close-up image of V, which seemingly depicted him wearing the same jacket as the person in the initial video.

He explained that this photo was taken by his friend after the idols had parted ways.

On May 18, the photographer provided further clarification by sharing a photo indicating that the video was captured on Monday.

He claimed that the recording took place at 11:36 PM in the evening and that he had chosen to post it two days later for the safety of the idols.

The photographer also revealed that he had posted the original video he had taken of Jennie and V, this time without any accompanying music.

Neither HYBE nor YG Entertainment, the respective agencies of BTS and BLACKPINK, have directly addressed the matter.

They have explained that they are not privy to the private lives of their artists. The statement from the agencies can be found below.
