Breaking news: Red Velvet's Wendy tested Covid-19 positive

SM Entertainment reported on May 10th via the Red Velvet fan community that Wendy, a member of the group, has tested positive for COVID-19.

 Wendy was not feeling well and underwent a rapid antigen test which yielded positive results.

As a result, Wendy has halted all her planned 

 and is currently in quarantine, receiving treatment at home. 

Unfortunately, she won't be able to host "Wendy's Young Street," the SBS radio show for which she is the DJ.

The agency emphasized that their top priority is the health and safety of their artist and they will be focusing on her recovery during this time.

Let's hope Wendy has a speedy recovery!
